which can cut out several portions of any video file with very precise specified timings, joins the rest of portions automatically, and export final video without the slow process of ’re-encoding’ ?
The above mentioned software has a good feature of not re-encoding the output video but it only supports AVI files and also it is not very precise in cutting the portions specified.
